Please contact us at customerservice@thirdstorynyc.com for any additional question regarding sizing. If you are dissatisfied with the fit of a particular item after purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange.
Please contact customerservice@thirdstorynyc.com for return requests. A return shipping label will be provided upon approval. Returns of unworn merchandise within 14 days of order receipt will be accepted.
All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We are happy to provide a free shipping label for the return, however all refunds will be made less the original shipping costs.
If an item received is faulty or was received damaged, you must contact customerservice@thirdstorynyc.com within 7 days of receipt with photographs and a detailed description of the damage.
